Reporting to:Senior Manager, Site Controlling

JOB OBJECTIVES:
Implement, coordinate and follow up all company / site environment protection related activities, processes and procedures
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Participate in making the company management procedures, regulations and discharging standards according to the legal regulations & standards. Ensure the production complying with the relevant requirements.
2. Make environmental monitoring plans, provide technical support to department, ensure waste water, waste gas and waste solid discharges meeting the requirements of relevant standards.
3. Promote the continuous improvement of environment protection work.
4. Organize environmental impact assessment of new projects and revamping plants，participate in the preliminary design review.
5. Participate the Environmental Protection acceptance and authority coordination.
6. Attend the environmental accident investigation and give suggestion about management and prevention.
7. Establish environmental management archives. Keep pace with the technology development in environmental protection and provide the company advanced and reliable technologies.
8. Supervise the discharge of each plant to ensure the discharge can meet the environmental requirement.
9. Give suggestion as early as possible to keep pace with national requirements in environmental protection.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree or above, Chemical Engineering/ Chemistry
2. At least 8 years experience in Chemical Industry and 4 years EP management experience
3. Good environment engineering and production background in Chemical Industry. solid knowledge in mandatory procedures and requirements, excellent knowledge of related standards, codes as well as legal requirements, good communication skills
