Work Location: Chongqing Changshou industry park(shuttle bus provided)

JOB OBJECTIVES:
Implement, coordinate and follow up all company / site Occupational safety related activities, processes and procedures to ensure occupational health.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Implement, lead and control company occupational safety and ensure the compliance with all legal and BASF internal requirements.
2. Work out safety management regulations and technical rules according to the relevant national laws and regulations.
3. Review the safety measures of operations, maintenance and project / MOC construction - supervise the safety in every task steps and ensure the safety measures executed and the safety equipments in good condition.
4. Assess and analyse potential hazards during production, maintenance and project / MOC construction - support to make correction or prevention proposals.
5. Regularly attend safety walkabout with relevant departments and give correcting suggestions and follow-up the measures taken status.
6. regular inspecton & audit for plants / contractors / customers.
7. Compile safety training materials and be responsible for employees and contractor safety training.
8. Coordination with authority and 3rd party in safety assessment, approval and registration.
REQUIREMENTS:
1.Bachelor degree or above, majored in Chemical Engineering/Safety/Fire Fighting or related.
2. Minimum 8 years' work experience on production/operation in a chemical company, at least 4 years' occupational safety experience.
3. Good occupational safety technical and chemical knowledge. Familiar with China safety laws, regulations, codes and standards, good communication skills
