Work Location: Chongqing-Changshou District (shuttle bus provided)
Reporting to: Senior EHSS Manager
People Management Responsibility: Yes
Travel Required: Yes
Shift Required: No
Objective of Position:
implement, coordinate and follow up all company / site Emergency Response (ER) related activities, processes and procedures
Main responsiblities:
1. Implement, lead and control company Emergency Response Manual and ensure the compliance with all legal and BASF internal requirements.
2. Implement, lead and control company Fire fighting (FF) procedure and ensure the compliance with all legal, mandatory and BASF internal requirements.
3.Authority coordination with local FF Bureau.
4. Conduct ER and FF drills on plant and site level.
5.Take an active part in the CCIP ER community.
6. Conduct FF & ER training.
7. Perform safety and fire inspection regularly; check and test for fire/emergency facilities.
Support new projects / modifications by ensuring that all ER and FF related issues are considered in related phases.
Requirement:
1.Education:College or above major in Fire prevention.
2.Working Experience: 8+ years in EHS field, best in ER and / or FF area
3.Technical and Professional Skill: solid knowledge in mandatory procedures and requirements, excelent knowledge of related standards, codes as well as legal requirements, good communication skills
