JOB OBJECTIVES:

Under the general guidance of Transport Manager, be responsible for coordinate and monitor the activities related to the distribution documentation dispatch works, Gate & delivery operations.

在运输经理的指导下，负责协调并监控相关分销调度及单证，门检和发货作业

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Support Distribution Transportation arrangement

支持运输分销的安排

2.Plan, execute and update daily gate check and delivery operations

计划、执行、和更新门检及发货作业

3. Coordinate dispatch orders and proper documentation works

协调相关调度指令及单证作业

4. Support Logistics Team works and service providers' liaison

支持物流团队的工作及联系服务商

5. Implement QM and EHS/TDS concepts

实施QM和EHS/TDS

6. Ad hoc task as and when required.

需要时承担特别任务。

7. EHS responsibility

REQUIREMENT:

1. Education: Bachelor degree for Business related

2. Working Experience: 1-2 years in logistics function, SAP experiences preferred

3. Technical and Professional Knowledge: workable English skill and good Microsoft office skills
