一、岗位主要职能：

协助办公室主任做好相关组织、协调、管理、外部协调工作及办公室全面管理工作。拟定企业公文、相关制度、企业中长期发展规划等文书。参与相关政务，办理相关事务。

二、招聘条件：

1、年龄30-45周岁，具备汉语言文学、行政管理、工商管理等相关专业大专以上学历。5年以上相关工作经历。有在企事业单位本岗位工作经历及经验者优先。

2、熟悉企业行政管理事务，具有相应的文字功底，良好的沟通、协调、组织、号召能力。能熟练运用计算机处理公务。知悉相关政策法规、经济管理知识。

3、具备良好的思想品德、勤奋敬业、合作共事的职业素质。忠诚、稳重、踏实、作风正派。有该职位应有的分析和解决问题能力。有亲和力和良好的外联、公关能力。

4、身体健康，男性身高1.72米，女性身高1.6米及以上。
