General Summary Statement

This position is responsible for ensuring IT services (Projects and Support) which are provided by IT teams* (Ford, Credit and Supplier IT teams located in and out of China) are adequately delivered for our business customer groups located in China.

Key Duties

Coordinate IT support services :

? Work with IT teams* to ensure that application and infrastructure support services meet agreed SLAs

? Work with business customer groups and IT teams* to ensure that all China and Ford Credit regulatory compliance items are met

? Collate, create and publish IT Support performance reports for regular business reviews

? Incident Management - Work with IT teams* to ensure business impacts are represented correctly for all IT incidents / outages. Provide escalation to China and IT senior management.

? Problem Management - Work with IT teams* to ensure appropriate problem management of repeat incidents. Track and report on open issues to business and IT senior management.

? Work with business customer groups to develop SLAs, BCPs, and ITSM related KPIs

? Work with business customer groups to ensure that appropriate security and controls are instituted and followed to meet ITPM/Ford compliance.

? Be the IT contact person for business customer groups for any IT support service queries.

Coordinate IT project requirements and project implementations :

? Work with business customer groups to ensure new project requirements are communicated to IT teams* and support project scoping activities.

? Coordinate with IT teams* to understand IT cost estimates and ensure key project milestones are communicated.

? Work with IT teams* to implement any FAFC specific requirements as part of the project deliverables.

? Collate, create and publish IT project reports for business review

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in IT or related field preferred

- Three years of progressive responsibilities in IT with experience in a Banking/Finance Services related industry preferred.

- Familiarity with IT systems and methodologies.

- Experience working with IT service providers (internal and external to organization)

- Multi site and remote site support experience.

- Global view of technology and solutions.

- Ability to work well with business partners.

- Build strong relationships, team player, can do attitude

- Exposure to IT process and project management.

- Demonstrated ability to deliver on commitments, teamwork, excellent communication (verbal & written) and productivity improvements.

- Knowledge of Banking/Finance Service systems

- Good command of the English language

- This role requires attending phone meetings with global teams (located outside of China), up to 3 evenings a week. Willingness to work outside of normal business hours is required.
