Role Summary/Purpose

The Commercial Leadership Program (CLP) is an intensive 2-year entry-level development program requiring 3 rotational assignments in sales and /or marketing roles to accelerate the growth and development of exceptional talents. It prepares candidates for a successful career in sales or marketing by providing the opportunity to learn about our products, industry, and customers while making valuable contributions to the organization.

Essential Responsibilities

-Will have one 3-mopnth pre-assignment and three 7 months assignments in different roles, which cover different products, regions and customers in China.
-Closely work with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable products to address those needs.
-Build strong relationship with local distributor, end user or design institute under different sales scenario
-Strictly follow internal policy and GE compliance standard
-Will travel within and across the region

Qualifications/Requirements

-Fresh graduates or 1-2 years sales experience in related area with Bachelor Degree in Engineering Fields, majored in Electrics/Electronics and etc. 
-Familiar with project sales or flow sales models and techniques are preferred; 
-Passionate in sales career, willing to take challenge roles and work under pressure
-Geographic flexibility in China and global mindset ; willing to travel 
-Strong oral and written communication skills
-Strong communication & interpersonal skills, good team player 
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Able to coordinate many tasks concurrently
-Demonstrates GE value and leadership potential 
-Fluent in English
