Main Responsibility 主要职责:
?Mange project timing & deliverables. Direct interface between North American OEM’s located in the China region Buyer/logistics/engineering and Takata sales and Engineering.
?Develop & Maintain accurate project timing schedule, organize and facilitate OEM and internal PDT meetings and maintain meeting minutes and accurate list of open points.
?Maintain program health charts with open critical issues and solution plans.
?Current industry working knowledge of specific customer requirements (SOR) and technical specifications for airbags, seatbelts, and steering wheels. Mentor AE team with leadership of this knowledge.
?Maintain customer satisfaction by on-time delivery of projects and quick resolution of engineering & quality concerns both internal and external.
?Support global meetings and workshops.
?Report to TSAC Engineering supervisor following meeting/report cadence.

Personality & Skill Requirements 性格及技能要求：
nowledge of APQP/PPAP process and documentation for automotive application.
?Strong organization skills, self-motivated and the ability to project manage and problem solve.
?Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
?Must be customer focused and responsive to cost and scheduling.
?Strong computer skills and knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel – MS Project is a plus.

Excellent customer communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written) with Engineering peers at OEM.
Prompt, courtesy and professional communication is essential.

?Computer software – Applicant must have trained in using MS Project to create and maintain project time lines.
?Awareness of current industry trends (technical and commercial) of specific customer requirements (SOR) and technical specifications for airbags, seatbelts, and steering wheels. Mentor AE team with leadership of this knowledge.
?Oral Comprehension -- The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
