Position objective / Roles and Responsibilities:

As the project manager or key functional consultant to be responsible for the implementation projects of PeopleSoft FSCM.

Should closely work with:

? Client finance team and IT team, project stakeholders to ensure the success of PeopleSoft FSCM implementation in mainland China and APAC region;
? Ataway FSCM consulting director for project execution and presales activities.

Responsibilities

In charge of PeopleSoft FSCM implementation project as project manager or functional lead of specific modules or technical lead;
Deliver project deliveries according to SOW or project plan of each phase of project, including Analysis, Design, Build, Test and Go-Live;
Manage smooth communication and status updates to key stakeholders including client project manager, functional user team, IT project team, etc. Manage relations with them to ensure successful project;
Organize and facilitate regular progress review meetings of steering committee and of the whole project organization;
Monitor and manage performance of project on track, such as change management, IT, FIN led by other team members;
In charging of managing the budget and control the cost to ensure cost-effective target of the project.

Key Performance Indicators:

? Achieve successful project go-live for assigned FSCM consulting or implantation projects;
? Achieve performance target and meets expectation of management team.

Key Requirements

Background of PeopleSoft FSCM with 5+ years working experience, implementation project management experience is preferred;
Good knowledge and project experience on PeopleSoft Finance and Supply Chain functional modules;
Familiar with corporate finance business processes, experience of leading change management is preferred;
Excellent problem solver with strong analytical thinking;
Excellent facilitation and moderation capability;
Experience in corporate finance, corporate finance consulting or finance transformation project is preferred;
Strong team leadership;
Good communication skills in English, Mandarin, Cantonese (optional).
