Description:
Candidate is expected to work as individual contributor on characterization of memories for embedded or standalone. Job require to develop test platform and test stimuli for the characterization of bit cell IV curves, bit cell map, array leakage, margin degradation, timing and power etc. Besides, candidate will support both internal and external groups on experiments designed to improve yield and endurance performance.

Requirements:
BS or equivalent foreign education in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering or related
3+ years industry experience
An understanding of semiconductor memories such as EEPROM ,Flash or DRAM
Excellent problem solving skills in areas such as IP debug/IP characterization etc., data analysis using statistical software, and analytical skills.
Team and/or project leadership experience with integrated circuit design/testing.
The ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with a high level programming language.
Understanding of IC Design, Fabrication, Testing, or Analog Circuits.
Experience in dealing with automated test programs.
Familiar with writing test benches using hardware description languages such as Verilog or VHDL.
Knowledgeable about Automated Test Equipments (ATE's).
Familiar with shell scripting in Unix/Linux environments.
NVM product engineering experience is a big plus
