Overview:
1. To monitor a group of operators to produce high quality of Vise Grip products with optimum time in organize a good 5S working environment, to make sure delivery products on time.
2. Ensure production efficiency and output can meet the target, keep a good implementation capacity in Tools Manufacturing dept.
3. Support ME team to improve OEE, support OPEX team to implement Kanban and others Kaizen project, support PE team to keeping all WI update timely

Responsibilities:
? Arrange manpower to produce products according to production plan reasonably, follow up the materials, equipment status to make sure products can be completed on time.
? Review production schedule, to make sure production efficiency, labor efficiency, can achieve the production plan and efficiency target, to optimize the manpower design.
? Monitor all of the automatic machine to ensure output, like the Vise Grip Broaching, Vise Grip Brazing, Vise Grip Grinding etc.
? Implement Lean Manufacture, such as 5S, One Piece Flow, Visual Management, Line balance, Kaizen, TPM etc. Review and improve production process to minimize the waste and reduce products scrap in production line.
? Support Engineer & Quality team to study and improve FPY. Support PE team NPI working, support to improve production process in NPI step.
? Operators, Line Leader and supervisor performance review and new operators training, keep a good communication with the team.
? Ensure that all company and departmental policies and procedures are properly communicated and enforced.

Requirements:
? More than 6 years working experience.
? junior college or above degree. Machinery and related professional, or IE professional.
? Experience implementing lean manufacturing tools: 5S, Kaizen, one-piece flow, and know well about VSM.
? High responsibility, high level team work sense, good learning ability and adaptability.
? Highly organized, self-motivated individual who can work independently.
? Ability to communicate effectively with production members and others team members.
? Able to work well under pressure.
? Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, can read and write in English.
? Know well of Lean Manufacturing
? Know well of heat treatment is better.
