Overview:
This role is responsible for executing NRP indirect sourcing projects, this role will:
Bring a sense of urgency to meeting the needs of NRP;
Ensure that the Indirect Sourcing needs of NRP are met with an appropriate level of quality, service, and speed;
Identify potential suppliers and negotiate with suppliers for best cost and value
Assist the Indirect Sourcing Leader implement global Indirect Sourcing strategies
Ensuring consistent standards, performance, and compliance to Newell Rubbermaid policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
Process sourcing requests from user departments, ensuring the needs are met, and to provide best cost and value.
Sourcing and evaluation of suppliers.
Price and terms negotiation with suppliers.
Carry out productivity projects.
Analyze and report spend data.
Support deployment of Global Indirect Sourcing initiatives.
Ensure procurement compliance.

Requirements:
Degree level in engineering discipline
At least 3 years of indirect sourcing experience in a manufacturing environment.
Fluent Mandarin and good English
Computer skills
