岗位职责：
1、艺术策展统筹。展览策划人，在艺术展览活动中担任构思、组织、管理的专业人员。
2、参与并带领团队完成创意设计项目；
3、通过提高团队的凝聚力、创新力、设计能力，完成公司年度、季度工作目标。

岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历者须1-2相关工作经验（本科以下学历者须从事3-5年室内空间展计相关行业经验），熟练操作3DMAX、AUTOCAD、PHOTOSHOP、Adobelllustrator等辅助设计软件；
2、具有扎实的美术功底，能独立完成空间设计方案。
3、具有良好的人际沟通和表达能力，有优秀作品或大型成功案例工作经验者优先；
4、设计创意能力较强，带领公司设计团队，培训及培养设计团队成员，提高设计能力；
5、带领团队及时解决设计中遇到的问题，有较好的组织协调管理能力；
6、具备知名品牌的设计经历者优先考虑，能够准确考察分析品牌特点；
7、能够控制要案的中标率及设计项目的可实施性，建立设计规范与设计流程，指导和控制整个设计项目；
8、能够对公司的发展和壮大提出建设性的意见；
