职位描述:

Lead the implementation of VPDS for each project by Enterproject.

使用伟世通项目管理系统管理各个项目。

Deliver assigned programs/ projects to profitability, timing and quality targets.

交付利润、进度、质量目标合格的项目。

Lead successful Product Development System Gateway reviews for each project.

领导项目团队完成项目的阶段评审。

Managing the change control process.

管理执行和跟踪工程变更。

Develop and strengthen the business relationship with customers.

开发和巩固与客户的业务关系。

Assist in development of business cases for new projects.

协助业务部门进行新项目定点前期的报价工作。

任职要求：

Bachelor degree or above, engineering is preferred.

国家统招大学本科及以上学历，工程专业优先。

Working Experience in Automotive field, Program management experience and HVAC and the related product is preferred.

有汽车行业工作经验，有项目管理经验或熟悉汽车空调及相关产品者优先。

Good ability on written English and communication, fluent oral is necessary.

英语熟练并能熟练运用英语进行书面交流，口语流利是必须的。

Good communication and coordination ability, and outgoing manner.

沟通协调能力强，为人开朗。

Rigorous, careful, responsible and positive, can working on own initiative with a high degree of autonomy.

做事严谨认真负责,独立工作能力，能自主开展相关工作。
