Responsibilities and Main Tasks/主要职责和任务:

& Driver of Yield improvement process at production area,
& Monitor compliance with quality standards/procedures throughout the production area, initiate all necessary actions to prevent nonconformities of products, processes, assess potential impacts/risks in case of product deviations.
& Define necessary measurements to assure and improve product quality
& 2nd instance to decide about block/release/scrap/rework of products in case of potential defects
& 2nd instance to decide about block/release of processes in case of potential product defects
& Represent and promote customer requirements within the production area.
& Achievement of quantified yearly targets
& Secure proper qualification process for new base materials, equipment, processes and tools
& promote continuous improvement process and the use of advanced, systematic problem solving tools
& Quality reporting,
& Other Job assignment from superior.

Managerial Functions/ 管理职能:
& Design and implement organization structure within the Quality Engineering
& Define responsibility and authority within the Quality Engineering
& Leadership, motivation and encouragement of Quality Engineering people
& Set priorities and assure execution of commitments
& Define necessary infrastructure in terms of equipment and staff
& Provide for training of people
& Decide on selection of new quality engineering employees, decide on termination of existing contracts


Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:
& Technical background (Bachelor +), experience in related industry(substrate/semiconductor companies) preferred,
& Several years of professional experience in management position,
& Broad experience in quality standards(ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS18001) and management systems
& Leadership, decisiveness and social skills
& Works independently
& Strong analytical skills
& Fluent in English
& Stress resistant
& Precise and open communication
