Description:

？ Collect MEMS marketing and customer information,trace MEMS products latest status,analyses,summarize information and define MEMS products portfolio and roadmap.
？ Survey and communicate with target customers,and judge business opportunities.
？ Establish complete information channel and give strategic guidance to MEMS products development.
？ Lead MEMS FAE team to provide strategic guidance and training on products,markets,customers and applications which are consistent with vertical market objectives.
？ Work with sales,marketing,technology functions to provide service and support to customers,including but not limited to product/application training and application problem solving.
？ Support customer,teach sales to design in Skysilicon MEMS product and solution,especially pressure sensor family and UFPA sensor in industrial applications.
？ Develop strong relationships with customers and their respective functions,understand customer needs,and translate into solutions.
？ Effectively utilize factory resources to support customer programs/customer satisfaction and to drive new business opportunity growth.

Qualification:
？ Bachelor’s degree in engineering [Electronics].
？ A minimum of 8 years experience in market,sales or FAE works position.
？ Strong ability on marketing analysis and developing,good communication skill and problem solving ability.
？ Experience in working for sensors. Knowledge on hardware schematic design.
？ Highly motivated and self-confident individual of the highest integrity.
？ Results-oriented and having a strong sense of ownership.
？ Ability to make product introduction and seminar for key customers.
？ Good in English reading and writing,and able to communicate in English orally.
？ Willingness to travel.
