Job Responsibility:
1. Define outsourcing strategy based on AVIC product roadmap, outsource capability and competitiveness in litline with company business plan.
2. Lead the team to do core/non-core competence analysis to define outsourcing project according to company business strategy.
3. Lead the x-functional project team to develop subcontractors, coordinate product transferring to volume production. Develop subcontractor capability to support company product portfolio.
4. Coordinate planning, capacity and logistics supporting in order to meet delivery and inventory target.
5. Engage in price negotiation, finance and compliance to business.
6. Lead the subcontractor on-site audit and drive its continuous improvement.
7. Coordinates engineering and manufacturing activities between assembly/test subcontractors and foundry, product engineering, planning, quality and new product development.

Qualification:
1. Minimum _2__ years relevant working experience in semiconductor assembly and test. Good understanding on wafer processing, packaging & testing and failure analysis.
2. Strong leadership and project management experience.
3. Good communication skills
4. Strong self-motivation
5. Good English speaking and writing skill
