JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Participate in PU equipment selection and planning.

2. Responsible for PU equipment, mould and tooling receiving, debugging and acceptance, unpacking, Equipment internal and external transfer and acceptance inspection receiving work. The equipment for tooling scrap identification, audit, and submitted to the competent department for approval. At the same time collecting improve various related record.

3. Responsible for PU mould repair and maintenance plan to develop and implement, ensure that all TPM plan and activities to effective implementation, and the regular safety inspection of the organization.

4. Responsible for PU equipment downtime repair and reform, record equipment downtime and report.

5. Make the post for the PU equipment operation regulations, and supervise the implementation.

6. Provide training related equipment operating for new staff.

7.To master relevant laws and regulations, abide by the state safety knowledge related to the environmental laws and regulations. The operation to abide by the related rules of the environment.

8. Responsible for the management of spare parts.

9. Monitor and inspection the safety of equipment.

10. Has Priority if proficient in use of PU injection moulding, familiar with TPM maintenance and related processes.

11. Has experience of equipment management.

12. AutoCAD/Words/Excel/PowerPoint.

职位描述：

1、参与PU 设施设备的选型和规划；

2、负责PU设备、模具和工具装，接收、调试和验收，设备开箱、设备内部和外部的运输和验收工作，设备工装报废鉴定、审核，并报主管部门批准，同时收集完善相关记录；

3、负责PU模具维修和保养计划制定和实施，确保所有TPM计划和活动有效实施，并组织定期的安全检查；

4、负责PU设备停机维修和技改，记录设备停机时间和并完成报告；

5、制作编写 PU 设备操作规范，并监督实施；

6、培训新员工相关设备的操作；

7、掌握相关的法律、法规，遵守国家安全环境相关法律法规知识，遵守相关的环保要求；

8、负责备品备件的管理；

9、监控和检查设备安全运行；

10、精通PU注塑模具的使用，熟悉TPM的维护和相关流程；

11、具有设备管理经验；

12、熟悉AutoCAD/Words/Excel/PowerPoint。
