1、执行财务部经理的工作指令，向其负责并报告工作。负责财务会计部的日常管理工作。
2、协助财务经理制定财务会计制度，不断提高财务会计的工作质量。
3、配合财务部经理抓好财务管理、预算管理、会计核算等工作，参与酒店重大经济活动的预测和经营决策，提供可靠的会计决策信息， 为总经理和财务部经理当好参谋助手。
4、加强对资金的管理。组织编制资金计划，考核资金使用情况。合理运用资金，提高资金使用效率。
5、协助财务部经理审批计划内各项费用支出和物资采购等款项的支付。按权限控制计划外费用的支付。
6、负责完成各项税金等上缴工作。
任职资格：
1、30-45岁，男女不限
2、有酒店会计工作经验者优先录用
