1.管理职责：
通过餐厅主管进行管理监督。
与管理层商议报告，预测，预算政策及未来的计划。
为管理层准备预算及预测报告。
为主管提供职员培训，公关及促销的指导。
负责所有酒店经理指派的任务，包括餐饮部以外的工作。
对酒店经理委派的工作在合理时间内给以反馈。
负责完成其他任何相关的特别工作委派。
2.技术职责
就相关计划，政策，程序和设备的改变或创新向管理层提出建议。
与餐饮部管理人员一起进行巡查，并对部门的操作及特别事项加以检查。
建立健全食品的标准及规范，饮品的品质及采购。
对价格，供货来源，餐饮销售，趋势，存盘等加以复审。

任职资格：
1、大专毕业或具有同等学历，四星级以上正规酒店餐饮工作经验；
2、熟悉餐饮管理专业知识；
3、精通中餐和西餐团队管理；
4、具有良好的工作计划能力、组织经营活动能力、激励职工能力、处理顾客投诉和解决问题的能力。
5、拥有3年以上的餐厅经验，拥有1年以上的餐饮副经理经验.
