1、三年同岗位工作经验，熟悉整个餐饮部的运营，丰富的餐饮专业知识。
2. 熟练掌握餐饮服务和推销技巧，市场触角敏锐，能够根据市场变化及客人的需要，及时调整餐饮经营策略，善于组织和开展食品促销活动。
3. 管理协调能力强，熟悉餐饮部工作流程及管理理论。
4. 具有酒店预算管理知识，能编制餐饮预算，精通餐饮成本核算。
5. 具有良好的人际理解力和服务意识、合作意识，亲和力，执行力佳。

工作内容：
1. 负责餐厅的经营管理，指导餐厅日常经营工作。
2. 餐饮部的经营策划及落实工作。
3. 制定并实施餐饮部工作计划和经营预算，建立和完善餐饮各项规章制度及工作流程、标准，并督导实施。
4. 控制各项收支，定价格、监督采购，进行有效的成本控制。组织监督每月月底的物品盘点，检查餐厅设备的运行状况，保证餐厅的环境卫生。
5. 组织和落实餐饮各项培训工作，提高员工服务质量和食品质量，参加总经理工作例会，主持餐饮部工作例会，保证饭店的工作指令得到有效执行。
6. 制定经营管理计划，主持经营管理工作会议，协调部门内各单位工作，分析总结阶段性的经营情况，提供改善经营状况的办法和方案。
7. 发展良好的宾客关系，满足宾客特殊需求，处理各类投诉。
8.与厨师长研究开发新的菜肴和推广。
