Description:
Systems Programmer to support software development, project implementation, and field installations of Level 2 systems for the metals industry. You have a good programming experience and know very well the theories and methodologies behind software development.
You have a vast theoretical knowledge with data structures and algorithms. Understands design patterns and their advantages in your daily work as a programmer. Preferably you have a deep understanding of computers and know about both assembler programming and compiler and interpreters programming practices.
Level 2 (or MES) systems extends the functionality of the fundamental automation system in the factory and also acts as a link between the control systems on the production floor and Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP)/logistics and financial systems.
The work is related to metals industry, profile and process mills and similar. Work includes working in office, but also shorter and longer (up to 3 months) travels to work on site with customers. The work is mostly within China, but also international training and projects execution is included.
Job responsibilities:
？ Extensive programming tasks mostly in C# with a necessity to have a good process knowledge within the different areas of metals applications
？ Programming of certain database logic
？ Writing requirement and design specifications
？ Other duties as assigned.
Requirement:
Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Great sense of responsibility, Action oriented, Attention to detail, Teamwork
2 - 7 years of programming experience, preferably in the automation field.
English spoken and written;
C#; WCF; WPF; ASP.NET; .NET Architecture; ADO.NET; Oracle; SQL Server; Open VMS; Win Forms; Web Forms; SQL and PL/SQL scripting; Assembler;
