roles and responsibilities:
? Manage overall activities of Prototype shop, to meet prototype needs from both internal and external customers
? Demonstrates improved results with indicators, anticipates the excesses of the indicators and propose preventive actions
? Contributes to the implementation of improvement actions to reduce flows and stocks, looking to achieve the level of service
? Conduct annual individual interviews in a timely manner and assesses the team members; Defined and set up the lines of development for each member of his team; Development member’s skills level as required
? Demonstrates a real commitment to his team in the Kaizen approach, and gives results, animate Kaizen projects (TPM, SMED, etc.)
? Demonstrates that the workshop is in progress continues, 5S approach for the development and improvement of visual management
? Follows safety rules and environmental regulations.

qualification:
? College degree in mechanical related area or equivalent;
? Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience related to production line management in automotive industry
? High sense of quality orientation, and productivity and lean
? Good communication, interpersonal skill; good motivation skill
? Autonomy, discipline and ability to synthesize
? Good office skill eg Word, Excel, and Outlook;

experience and education:
? Advanced degree or experience in a similar position preferably in an industrial environment
