职位描述
Roles and responsibilities:
? Establish business objectives and needs for medium and long term for the new Chongqing manufacturing plant;
? Create and ensure the implementation of site strategy and annual operation plan (AOP) for the plant;
? Ensure customers’ satisfaction by achieving the required service level and establishing effective communication;
? Responsible for achieving the expected financial results (conversion cost, inventory, capital investment) by continuous improvement of processes and implementation of new programs in the plant;
? Develop positive and stable relations with employees and labor partners
? Drive breakthrough improvement in operations with focus on productivity
? Improve plant flexibility and efficiency by balancing internal and external manufacturing, operations and services
? Sustain and follow-up HSE and Quality system;
? Comply with the safety and environment requirements and responsibilities;
? Foster team work and strong connectivity with global ISC and non-ISC functions;
? Ensure support for new products introduction launch;
? Lead and implement Honeywell’s initiatives through Honeywell Operating System (Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Six Sigma Plus, Cost and Inventory Reduction);
? Ensure support for production operations (gemba walks, tier meetings, internal audits)
? Lead annual evaluation process and MRR in the plant, develop employees with potential, sustain and lead professional development of employees by individual discussions (coaching)
? Sustain and approve action plan for employees satisfaction level increase (PER);
? Ensure communication of results and all important projects status to all employees by Visual Factory, HOS newspaper and quarterly town halls with employees.
Skills and knowledge:
? Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, cost control and project management; Proven operations experience in automotive industry or equivalent competitive environment;
? Ability to drive breakthrough improvements in productivity
? In-depth understanding of best in class industry operating systems
? In-depth understanding and application of Key Business processes - Strategic Business Planning, Annual Budget and Resources Management.
? Strategic leadership and change management skills. Proven ability to drive change in complex and unionized manufacturing environment
? Strong strategic management skills with the ability to lead and develop both hourly and salaried employees
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to influence others and interact effectively with all levels of the organization
? Global mindset and Ability to work in a multinational matrix organization
? Customer focus and Results oriented
Experience and education required:
? Multi-year experience as site manager or product line manager;
? 7 to 10 years of experience in operations
? University degree (technical, preferable)
? Very good knowledge of English;
? Experience in use of Six Sigma tools, with Lean, Blackbelt or Greenbelt certification preferred;
