Job Purpose/Job Objectives/ 工作目标:
？ Guarantee efficient and preventive maintenance for all the equipment in PUT department.
保证部门内所有设备的有效和预防性维护。
？ Guarantee stable operation and maintenance of the PUT facilities to fulfil internal target and reach law and legal requirements.
保证环境保护部处理设施的稳定运转并能够达到内部目标和满足法律法规的要求。
Responsibilities and Main Tasks/主要职责和任务:
？ Optimization of the PUT facilities.
优化利用环境保护部的设施
？ Guarantee the smooth operation of assigned function of PUT to support production.
确保本岗位的设备正常运行，以确保对生产线的支持
？ Planning and realisation of related tasks.
对相关的工作做出计划和实现
？ Observation of fulfilment of process instructions, various regulations (environment, safety at work).
监督作业指令的实施，相关规章制度的遵守情况
？ Work out process instructions in order to optimize the usage of existing facilities and to minimize the running costs.
制定作业指令以更好的充分利用现有的设施并尽量降低运作成本
？ Collect and analyse operation data of related function module from various record forms.
收集环境保护部的运行数据并进行分析
？ Maintain and update PUT related data and documents
维护和更新环境保护部相关数据和文件
？ Communicate with PUT technicians and provide necessary training to ensure all operation running in the standardize process instruction.
与环境保护部技术员进行沟通，并提供必要的培训，以确保设备在标准作业指令下运行。
？ Suggestion of modifications and improvements at the plants.
对部门内现有设施的改进提出建议
？ Arrangement of procedures, subcontracted performances and documentations.
对工作程序、分包商工作及文件化进行管理
？ Provide employees with necessary information and data.
向其他员工提供必要的信息和数据
？ Implementation and realisation of quality and environmental protection philosophy.
按照质量和EHS的管理体系要求执行各项工作
？ Other Job assignment from superior.
完成其他由公司主管安排的工作
Managerial Functions/ 管理职能:
？ Authority to give technical instructions to employees subordinate to the function module.
有权对本岗位所辖的员工发出技术指令
Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:
？ Bachelor degree with bachelor degree of chemistry/mechanical engineering/ environmental protection.
本科学历，主修化工、机械工程或环境工程专业
？ At least 2-year experience in similar position.
至少2年以上的相关岗位工作经验
？ Capability to focus on complex problems.
具有复杂问题的处理能力
？ Good technical understanding.
具备良好的专业技术知识
？ Good written and oral English.
良好的英语读写能力
？ Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel), Process control system.
熟练的计算机操作技能—办公自动化和过程控制系统
？ Good stress management skills.
能承受一定的工作压力
？ Team spirit (able to be part of team and team leader as well).
良好的团队合作精神
？ Interdisciplinary thinking and acting.
