Position Overview
Marketing associate will be responsible to plan and execute all marketing communication programs to ensure the growth and success of all brands under blue horizon hospitality group. He/her will achieve objectives by creating and implementing marketing plans with allocated budget, within the framework provided by marketing manager to support all venues’ sales goal and objectives.
General Duties and Responsibilities
? To provide significant input in the development of marketing plans. Manage and implement the venue events including new venue opening, seasonal promotions, holiday events and theme campaigns.
? Responsible for managing PR planning including building and maintaining media relations and hosting media events. Implement and leverage PR opportunities to maximize coverage and exposure for the brand. Measures and tracks PR coverage and value to maximize return on investments.
? Develop and implement social media plan. Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities, including online advocacy, writing editorial, community-outreach efforts, promotions, etc.
? Manage and develop advertising opportunities for branding and promotion purpose.
? Manage all marketing collaterals. Ensure brand consistency and reinforcement in all marketing copy, photography, communications and program. Provide brand counsel to associates and management.
? Secure, assess and recommend potential sponsorship and other marketing opportunities.
? Takes lead in exploring and securing potential business partnerships to drive brand awareness and sales revenue.
? Develop direct marketing program. Lead the venue team to find out co-op opportunities in respective region with good ROI control.
Job Qualifications
? Education and Training
– Bachelor’s Degree required.
– At least 2 years of work experience in marketing or PR
– Local Chinese national with excellent communication skill in English (oral and written)
? Proven experience at marketing associate level or above
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
? Experience of producing detailed marketing plans
? Excellent project management skills
? Strong negotiation and influencing skills
? Proven copy writing experience for direct mail, email, web and events
? Strong organizational, planning and interpersonal skills
