工作摘要
在线质量测试项目工程师负责配置测试软件使用第三方签名的测试与分析应用软件定制工业质量检测系统的安装，并提供硬件和软件两方面的现场技术支持，客户和售后支持。这个职位需要在生产环境中广泛与客户的互动，以及与公司的工程技术人员和项目经理定期联络。独立的工作能力，灵活的工作时间和愿意经常出差（国内和国际）是必不可少的。

典型的职责
1、与定制解决方案的具体应用工作，为客户或集成商安装新的测试设备
2、集合Sciemetric硬件和软件系统与机械工具制造商的设备（组装测试系统，PLC的，托盘输送线等）
3、在最终的生产基地对硬件和软件应用实施，调试和排除故障。配套生产线。
4、作为必要的和适当的，但不局限于执行各种如项目经理的责任，了解客户的要求，确定项目目标得到满足，组织和跟踪分配到项目中的资源。

候选人要求
1、必须有一个合理的技术水平，必须有良好的英文能力（听、说、读、写），能和国外工程师流利沟通
2、有常见的数据采集系统经验，比如National Instruments Labview，HBM或其他的经验。
3、工程学士学位（电气）
4、必须在工业制造测试领域有3年以上的工作经历，汽车发动机领域的测试工程师优先考虑
5、必须在书面上和口头上有优秀的中文语言表达能力
6、必须愿意调整工作时间或加班与美国加拿大时区同步
7、必须拥有测量系统的硬件故障排除经验
8。必须有软件编程经验
9、优秀的人际沟通交流技巧
10、出色的解决问题的能力
11、必须足智多谋，即能独立工作
12、拥有强大的机械和电气知识
13、必须能够在短时间内响应国内和国外长期出差

拥有以下技能将获得很多加分：

2、有数据库环境中工作的知识，例如 - MS SQL Server
3、有应用在联网的Windows环境下的编程经验
4. 有PLC与控制技术的工作知识
5、有测试工程经验

for In-Process Quality Test Project Engineer

Job Summary
The senior test application engineer is responsible for configuring test software using 3rd party Signature Test & Analysis Applications Software, for the installation of customized industrial quality test systems, and for providing both hardware and software on-site technical support to customers and after-sales support. This position requires extensive interaction with customers in a manufacturing environment as well as regular liaison with company engineering staff and Project Managers. Ability to work flexible hours and willingness to travel (National & International) is essential.
Typical duties
1. Work with customized solution specific applications to install new test equipment at the customer or integrator site
2. Integrate Sciemetric hardware and software systems with machine tool builders equipment (assembly test systems, PLC’s, palletized transfer lines, etc.)
3. Commission, debug, and troubleshoot hardware and software applications at the final manufacturing site. Supporting manufacturing line launch.
4. As required and appropriate, perform various Project Manager responsibilities such as, but not limited to, understanding customer requirements, confirming project milestones are being met and organizing and tracking resources allocated to project
Candidate requirements
1. Must have good oral and written skills in English at a reasonable technical level
2. Experience with common data acquisition systems such National Instruments Labview, HBM or others.
3. Engineering degree (electrical)
4. Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing test environment
5. Must have excellent written and oral skills in Chinese language(s)
6. Must be willing to adjust or work extra hours to sync up with Canadian time zone.
7. Measurement system hardware troubleshooting experience
8. Software programming experience
9. Excellent inter-personal skills
10. Excellent problem solving skills
11. Must be resourceful i.e. able to work independently
12. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
13. Must be able to travel extensively both locally and internationally on short notice and for extended durations.
Desirable Attributes
1、 Personality that could lend itself to sales activities
2、 Working knowledge of database environments e.g. –MS SQL Server
3、 Applications programming experience in a networked Windows environment
4、 Working knowledge of PLC and controls technology
5、 Test Engineering experience
6、 Working knowledge of the Indian automotive (specifically Powertrain manufacturing) industry
7、 Previous working experience with Uson, JWF, ATW or Cosmo will be highly preferred.
