English Specialists 3人（外籍英语教师）

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES(岗位职责)
Curriculum Implementation & Management
1.Prepare teaching materials during set prep time
2.Create original teaching materials each month
3.Ensure all Etonkids English curricula is implemented in the classroom
Research & Development
1.Provide feedback to the R&D Center and assist in improving the Etonkids English curricula
Academic Supervision & Support
1.Lead large group and small group lessons during scheduled times
2.Provide an immersive English speaking environment throughout the school day
3.Provide feedback and suggestions to other English Specialists in regards to success/useful teaching methods
4.Communicate and cooperate with the Chinese English teacher to ensure both parties are on the same page in regards to content
5.Monitor student progress and maintain a portfolio for each student
Academic Training
1.Attend all English Department PD days
2.Attend campus meetings and PD days
3.Identify developmental needs of students and organize ways to meet these needs
4.Expand the competency of teachers to instruct in areas of English language learning
Administrative Duties
1.Complete standardized forms as set by the English Department
2.Assist Lead Teacher in reviewing and editing all English materials, parent letters, and Student Reports to ensure no language mistakes are made
3.Visit the Etonkids Online Community (NING) on a weekly basis and contribute.
Attend weekly meetings with classroom teaching team

Qualifications（任职条件）
- TEFL, BA, Native English Speaker preferred

Salary and Welfare（薪酬福利）
底薪basic salary：11,500RMB base depending on experience
提成 bonus：1000 RMB monthly KPI bonus (upon reviewed, paid every 3 months)
保险：50% International Medical insurance provided
休假时间 Vacation：10 days annual, plus Chinese holidays
试用期Probation：2 months, 90%

重庆市外商投资促进中心，是直属于重庆市对外贸易经济委员会的事业单位，是中国国际投资促进会的会员单位、中国对外服务工作行业协会的成员单位和FESCO人力资源服务会员单位。工作职责：宣传重庆投资环境，为计划在重庆设立公司、分支机构的外国企业提供帮助，向寻求海外拓展的国内及重庆本土企业推广海外的投资环境。同时，也为在重庆的外商投资企业及本土企业提供人力资源、国际交流、企业联谊、投诉协调及商务代理、外商生活等全方位服务。
