Role Specification
1. Manage QC laboratory质检实验室的管理
? Manage all check equipment, ensure all be good states; 管理质检实验室所有检测设备，确保其处于正常运行状态；
? Conduct Measurement System Analysis for all company gages, measuring and test equipments systems; 管理实验室及公司内所有的测量设备，进行测量系统分析，确保其有效状态
? 5S management; 质检室的5S管理
2. Manage QC operators质检员的管理
? Train all QC operators;培训质检员
? Supervise QC operators to quality check implementation;监督质检员质量控制操作的实施
? Well contact with all QC operators, collect QC’s advice and complain;与质检员之间有良好的沟通，收集员工的建议和抱怨
3. Quality control质量控制
? Compile quality report before shipping; 编写发货前零部件之质量报告
? Compile relative quality check report according quality plan;根据质量计划编写有关的质量检查报告
? Audit quality check report; 审核质量检测报告

Person/Competency Specification
1. 大专或以上学历, 化学或聚合物等相关专业Junior college or over in chemical or related field
2. 从事过质检工作2年以上的汽车行业的质检经验Over two-year quality check experience in the automotive production plant
3. 接受过质量控制的培,接受过ISO9000或TS16949的培训 Gained quality check training and ISO9000 or TS16949 training
4. 诚信敬业，具有较强的组织管理能力 Honesty and good organizing ability
5. 熟练应用办公软件尤其是EXCEL和WORD Good skill for office software ， especially EXCEL and WORD
6. 流利的英语读写能力Good skill for English reading and writing
7. 了解TS16949体系 Know TS16949 system
8. 熟练运用MSA Good skill for MSA
9. 对5S有深刻认识 Deeply understand of 5S
10. 了解SPC 和六西格码 Know SPC and 6SIGAMA
