General Summary

协助生产经理及计划主管完成日常的制造目标。

Assist Production Manager and planning supervisor to plan and complete daily manufacturing objectives.

Job Responsibilities

根据工程和客户的要求，对不按BOM生产的零件、油机，提出偏离申请，并明确偏离的零件、数量和有效日期等要素。追踪偏离的执行情况，确保零件按计划消耗。

Discuss deviation application with engineering and customer, raise deviation request to applying/approval group with specified part number, quantity and time range. Track the process to ensure the part’s consumption is running as planned.

根据生产计划、零件预测及库存情况，与工程、采购一起确定ECO的生效日期，并据此修改预测参数。

Work with purchasing and engineering to determine the reasonable ECO effective date according to production schedule, inventory and forecast status. Modify the forecast matrix according to the new set effective date.

通过使用已有的零件差缺预报工具，及时发现零件差缺状况，并与采购、物流小组一起参与零件追踪，确保零件按时保量到达。

Conduct available tool to discover parts shortage. Work with purchasing and logistic to track parts in transit, make sure enough and necessary parts will be available prior to production.

根据生产计划和零件在货代的状况，给物流小组下达发运指令。追踪指令的执行情况以确保其得意有效实施。

Send the shipping request to logistic according to production schedule and status stored in forwarder. Track the executive status to make sure parts are in transit as planned.

维护MRP系统的正常运行。解决诸如预测、需求、系统参数等技术问题保证生产正常进行。

Maintain MRP system. Resolve the problems caused by forecast, system parameter, requisition, etc to ensure smooth production.

分析客户信息，市场状况和生产历史，建立合理的预测模型。使预测更符合未来的生产趋势，以保证必须零件的供应，减少多余零件的积压。

Build reasonable forecast model by analysis customer, market and production history to make the forecast more close to the trend in future to ensure the supply of necessary components and reduce extra cost.

分析库存报告，通过调整系统参数、清理呆滞库存、监管供应链等方法提高库存健康度，降低风险。

Analyze inventory report to improve the inventory health status and reduce manufacturing risks by adjusting system parameters, cleaning up idle inventory, monitoring supply chain, etc..

Job Skills Requirements

良好的电脑技能。

Good command of computer skill.

具备良好的与来自不同团体的人进行有效交流的能力以及书面交流能力

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.

具备丰富的生产控制和/或制造，供应链管理，工程，物流方面的经验者优先。

Rich experience in production control and/or manufacturing, supplier chain management, engineering, logistic fields preferred.

具备全面的制造和库存控制系统知识者优先。

Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing and inventory control system preferred.
