Objective of Position
Under the general guidance of SCM Manager, according to the business strategies, policies and procedures, lead the implementation, plan and monitor the processes of transportation logistic activities covering Importation & Exportation, S&OP planning, MRP, shipment, vendor management, order processing, and interfacing with suppliers, customers, KU/KUM&KUS and sales team, etc. in order to streamline business process and improve the effectiveness, control and costs and enhance working partnerships with various parties. Team management, coaching and motivating staffs.
在供应链经理的指导下，按照商业策略、政策和程序，领导实施、计划和监控运输物流的工作包括进出口业务、S&OP计划、MRP、装运、服务商的管理和同服务商、客户、KU/KUM&KUS及销售队伍交流以加速业务处理、提高效率、控制成本、加强相关方工作联系。团队管理、指导和激励团队成员。
Main Responsibility
? To lead, Motivate and manage SCM transport team 领导，促进和管理SCM运输团队
? cost optimization, 物流成本优化
? LSP management, 物流供应商管理
? Import/export, 进出口运输
? finished product/raw material in/outbound , 成品/原料进出
? Monitor all purchase orders and proper documentation works监控所有采购订单和相关运输单证工作
? Monitor and report performance KPIs namely DIV, DC/DR, Forecast Accuracy, etc监控及报告KPIs(关键业绩指标), 如：DIV、DC/DR、预测精度、等
? Producing regular delivery reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis统计制作每日、每周及每月出货报告
? Support Logistics Team works and Government office liaison支持物流团队工作和政府部门协调
? Conduct investigation of transportation incident and assist to prepare its ountermeasures;进行运输事故的调查，并协助制定相关对策
Job Requirements
? Education: Bachelor degree for Business / Supply chain management related
? Working Experience: At least 5 years in logistics function, at least 3 years of transportation management experiences,
? Technical & Professional Knowledge: logistics management knowledge and skills, workable English skill, Microsoft office
