职位描述
? This HR Generalist position will work within Region West HR team, as a business partner to FM/TS and GES/HPS/ACS etc , provide a broad range of human resource services to the business client groups.
1. Oversee the effective goal setting and deployment process in the business, linked to HPD process to ensure the business goals are aligned and cascaded through the organizations.
2. Policy Design and Standardization, work with the FM Chongqing to drive and deploy programs and processes
3. Employee Engagement
4. Implementation of Staffing, Training, C&B, LER, OD initiatives in conjunction with Centers of Excellence per business request
5. Management Resource Review (talent review and succession planning)
6. Coach, support and advice the client managers in people management, organization and employee relations matters
7. Talent Retention Strategy – within the FM and TS organization
8. Performance Management, support annual HPD and GCP process
9. Workforce Planning and Census Management, applicants selection/interview in line with Honeywell’s staffing process.
10. University Recruitment and operator hiring implementation in line with business strategy
11. Honeywell Operating System(HOS) implementation as a key stakeholder
12. Provide HR related service & supports in FM Chongqing upon Business HR’s request
13. Work closely with COE team and interface to provide service for employees project assignment.
14. Work with business to draft and deploy AOP plan in line with STRAP
15. Assist in the deployment of FM Chongqing Communication plans (inputs to COE)
16. Business Conduct Investigations
17. Involve in due diligence, acquisition and integration projects as appropriate
18. Other project work as assigned
Skills:
1. Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources, Organization Development, Training, or related discipline and at least 8 years of professional HR experience.
2. More than 6 years working experience in MNCs, experience as HR specialist in compensation and benefits, organization development or HR analytics etc in preferable.
3. People oriented and strong customer service mind.
4. Ability to evaluate, analyse and resolve complex problems
5. Can work with multiple tasks in parallel
6. Familiar with PRC and local labor law and related regulation
7. Good interpersonal skill, communication skill and facilitation skill
8. Good at computer and English
