RESPONSIBILITIES / EFFORTS / WORKING CONDITIONS职位描述
? Pay special attention to process control in the workshop, to monitor some production factors including workers, machines, and material.
? 抓好车间过程控制，对人机料法环等生产因素实时监控；
? Coordinating and solution some product issues which affect normal production
? 负责协调解决生产现场影响正常生产的问题；
? Responsible for the safety production monitoring
? 负责对现场安全生产的监控；
? Management, training, and arrangement to filed personnel
? 现场工作人员的管理、培训、安排；
? Correct or commend health and safety performance,
? 提倡健康安全的执行工作
? Work within the guidelines of the Cosma China Associate Handbook
? 根据公司员工手册的内容开展工作
? Commitment to continuous improvement and work place safety
? 有义务持续改进和保持工作场所的安全

QUALIFICATIONS职位要求
? 本科以上学历，机械制造或焊接相关专业；
? Bachelor degree or above, Mechanical manufacturing or assembly related specialty;
? Minimum 2 years work-related experience in field management, perennial field working in workshop;
? 2年以上车间现场管理经验，能够常年在车间现场工作；
? Deal with field problems and communication ability to user
? 具有较强的现场处理问题及用户沟通能力；
? Stronger organization, analysis, coordination, communication skills and written expression ability
? 具有较强的组织、分析、协调、沟通能力和文字表达能力；
? Good English skills written and verbal
? 良好的英文听说读写能力。
