Roles and Responsibilities
1. Verification of expense reports in compliance with company policies an procedures
2. Prepare and review T&E budget annually, quarterly and monthly and present the actual vs. budget performance
3. Prepare various expense reporting and scrutinize on significant spending
4. Help with ROI analysis of CAPEX
5. Prepare the CAPEX budget, spending control as well as monthly reporting
6. Track the CIP, closure of CAPEX projects and prepare the registry, tagging, counting and accounting of M&E
7. Support internal/external audits
负责日常费用审核和帐务处理,重点审核单据的合法性和合理性;
支持公司年度预算编制，主要负责年度T&E预算控制及审核;
负责编制公司各类费用表；
负责固定资产项目前期分析;
负责固定资产预算编制，控制和审核，固定资产支出月度报表
负责在进工程进度追踪，转固，固定资产台帐维护，固定资产标签维护、实物盘点及固定资产相关帐务处理；
支持公司内外财务审计

Skills and knowledge required

- High level of ownership, leadership as well as followship
- Previous experience in T&E verification and expense reporting and control
- Previous experience in fixed asset management
- Good sense and experience of internal control and budgetary control
- MS-Office application proficiency; ERP experience preferred
- Good reading and writting English.

Experience & Education required


- Associate degree or above, with major in finance or economy. MNE experience preferred.
- Over 1 year work experience, manufacturing environment preferred
