Responsibilities and Main Tasks/主要职责和任务:
？- Work with Purchasing team for supplier sourcing, selection;
？- Leading function of supplier audit, qualification and performance monitoring, periodic reporting related status(SAP, Lotus Notes database, IQS…);.
？- Be as communication channel or contact window between the suppliers and the relevant internal and external customers towards the resolution of any reported queries, issues and concerns
？- Manage all the quality issues that are associated with the suppliers that are under his/her charges
？- Initiate appropriate continual improvement programs with the selected suppliers for the purpose of improving the quality level, reducing the cost and developing the supplier to a desired standard
？- Release qualified material/product via the Lotus-Notes database
？- Update the Qualification Project Matrix in the common server
？- Maintain the Supplier 8D in SAP system and Supplier Audit Reports in the Lotus Notes
？- Monitor the supplier quality performance indicators
？- Maintain all relevant documents and records from the suppliers
？- Handle off-spec request from suppliers
？- Handle claim compensation in accordance to the reported quality concerns
？- Carry out defined supplier development programs and report its progress and status to the Supplier Quality Manager on a periodic basis
？- Conduct periodic supplier rating based on the given format and standard

Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:
？- Possess an university technical degree (Bachelor +), minimum 3 years of experiences in related industry ,
？- Have broad experiences in various quality standards and other international management systems such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO18001 and ISO/TS16949
？- Have exposure in various automotive core tools such as APQP, PPAP, MSA,FMEA and SPC
？- Have strong analytical and social skills
？- Able to represent the company to the respective external organizations with good presentation skills
？- Good knowledge in statistical and quality tools
？- Able to work under pressure
？- Strong applications in computer software such as Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes
