Responsibilities and Main Tasks/主要职责和任务:

- Supervise his responsible production lines for a high productivity by optimization of the human resource investment and machine availability, and coordinating the related technical resources.

管理所属生产线，通过优化人力资源配置和机器的使用率，以及相关技术资源的良好协调以获得高生产率。

- Follow superior’s decision and complete assigned task in timely manner

执行上级决策，及时完成指定任务

- Communicate and align the arrangement with the peer in other shifts

与其他翻班同事进行沟通交流，协调好相应安排

- Supervise his shift to accomplish all operational and administrative task.

管理好所属的翻班员工，以完成所有的操作工作和其他相关任务。

- Supervise and ensure the operational execution by the staff is completely compliance with the defined procedure and instruction.

管理和确保员工的操作完全符合定义的文件和指示。

- Drive for the implementation of 5S and safety standard to ensure shopfloor environment is always maintained at a very clean and tidy level.

监督执行5S和安全标准确保生产区域的环境，始终保持高度洁净与整齐。

- Abide the progress of production lot according to the schedule.

根据生产计划完成生产目标

- Anticipate on, and recognise and take action for events/situations that could adversely affect production efficiencies.

对生产不利的因素进行预测识别和采取行动

- Drive for problem solving for any issue related to production in timely manner.

及时解决与生产相关的问题

- Coordinate with related department and staff to assure the shift staff hiring and qualification accomplishment to cope with production demand.

协调相关部门和人员以确保翻班员工的招聘和质量能达到生产的需求

- Ensure training to all the shift staff is systematic organized and well prepared, aiming that the trainee effectively learn and understand how to execute defined rules and task completion.

确保一线操作员工和工程师的系统化培训，为有效学习和理解既定规则和目标的完成做准备。

- Monitor and ensure the proper usage of Manufacturing Execution System.

监控并且确保制造执行系统的合理使用

- Drive for operational development

负责操作性改进

- Supervise the vacancy planning so as to minimize production impact.

根据生产线状况实时调配生产计划

- Manage and reduce the wastage of the production resources.

监控并减少物料的浪费

- Implementation of TS16949 and ISO 14001, OHAS18001.

严格执行各项认证标准如TS16949，ISO14001和OHAS18001的要求

Required Qualifications and Skills Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:

- Education of college or above.

大专以上学历

- Experience in related industry manufacture.

有相关的工业生产背景或经验

- Good organisation skills and leadership skill.

良好的组织和领导能力

- Basic Written and oral English.

基本的英语口语及写作

- Can accept the shift arrangement

能接受翻班安排。
