Duties:

• Respond to all customer requests courteously and professionally, in a timely and responsive manner.
• Travel to designated customer sites and perform professional quality shop or field investigation with A/S engineer.
• Summarize and review the progress and status of quality action periodically
• Maintain company and product confidentiality.
• Maintain a clean, professional personal appearance at all times, meeting all Company standards for professional appearance.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and a high level of personal credibility and integrity with dealers, customers, management, and co-workers.
• Attend and participate in all meetings, trainings, and activities as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor with engine experience or degree in mechanical engineering
• 5 plus years of field quality experience is required working on di/sel engines.
• A minimum of 1 years of customer service/contact is required.
• Must demonstrate technical knowledge of diesel engines
• Must demonstrate troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to communicate in English effectively reading and in writing.

• Must be honest, reliable, and dependable, and have a positive attitude

• Must be able to work well under occasional pressure or within deadlines.

• Must be able to work well independently or with others in a team environment.

• Must be able to travel 50% of the time in an assigned region, and/or work occasional overtime, weekends, or holdays, sometimes on short notice. Overnight travel may be required.
