Position Summary/ Duties:

1.Guarantees the management of the control’s equipment (purchase, installation, on-going functionality) and the machinery's capacity in the ETU (Elementary Technology Unit) under its competence, through a constant and adequate management of the Statistical Control Chart, Capacity Index Analysis and the definition of Recovery Plans (also related to auditing activities);

2.Helps and supports Team Expert to face problems concerning quality matters (scraps, assy, pulls, etc);

3.Data Analysis and drawing up Recovery Plans;

4.Guarantees coherence between ETU's production outputs and Quality Standards;

5.Executes first level diagnosis;

6.Guarantees the right application of process control methods (SPC, for example.);

7.Manages the right execution of feedback activities and the monitoring of the related Indicators, implementing the necessary Action Plan;

8.Participates to Process Audit;

9.Process quality control in order to reach the FTQ and Scrap target;

Requirement:

1.Bachelor or above degree;

2.At least 2-4 years experiences in Quality/Manufacturing Department of a multinational company, better in automotive environment;

3.Good command of written and oral English;

4.Knowledge of mechanical components and good understanding of mechanical component production system;

5.Knowledge of related quality tools (8D, 6 Sigma, SPC, etc.), international standards, international Agency standards (ISO) ;

6.Familiarity with project management tools and experiences in training activities will be a valuable plus;

SAIC Fiat Powertrain HongYan Co. Ltd. is a joint venture enterprise established by three parties of SAIC-IVECO Commercial Vehicle Investment Co. Ltd. , Fiat Powertrain Technologies and Chongqing Heavy Vehicle (Group) Co., Ltd. The company was established in June 2007 and locates in CETZ, Chongqing .

The business of joint venture will be to design, develop, assemble and produce the engines and their parts and components, and supply spare parts and related after-sale services.
