Responsibilities:
1、Guarantee customers assistance through:
-organize training courses;
-manuals, specific tools, diagnostics tools;
-Provide customer marketing survey when needed;
2、Guarantee activities related to the product behaviour in terms of:
-information analysis and transmission to the technical staff;
-focal Point toward Customer in order to solve technical and quality problems;
-keep Customer updated with product improvement;
-internal and external services to the company of utilization of resources and coordination
-Evaluate dealers after sales service, supervise and guide to improve it with platform;
3、Guarantee warranty activities through:
-Warranty contract and politics definition with trade managers;
-Warranty payment management toward Customer;
-Service/recall coordination;
-Responsible for after sales warranty claim and collect failure information and submit with analysis for mass production failures;
4、Serviceability management:
- Manage trade politics, warehouse and spare parts stock.
- service management in the formulation and implementation of management system
- Establish company’s professional image, and guarantee company’s reputation is not harmed.
5、Network service development;
6、Handle special customer dispute with local deals and minimum impact to our sales.

Requirements:
1、At least a 5 years experience in a similar position, preferably in International Companies.
2、Experience in engine sales and marketing field is preferred.
3、Negotiation skills;
4、Good in Public Relations;
5、Significant experience in International Business;
6、Agree in frequent business trips;
7、Good product knowledge and after-sales proceedings;
8、Good in IT.

SAIC Fiat Powertrain HongYan Co. Ltd. is a joint venture enterprise established by three parties of SAIC-IVECO Commercial Vehicle Investment Co. Ltd. , Fiat Powertrain Technologies and Chongqing Heavy Vehicle (Group) Co., Ltd. The company was established in June 2007 and locates in CETZ, Chongqing .

The business of joint venture will be to design, develop, assemble and produce the engines and their parts and components, and supply spare parts and related after-sale services.
