OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:
1. Lead the functional ie. SAP/Project acctg & controlling set up, reporting and control in place for MDI II investment
2. Laision focal between MDI II project team, various China service platform, KUA, Brussel, SE, external authorities on all financials / controlling / reporting matters
3. Part of the core CQ on site management board on strategic negotiation and decision making
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Co-ordinate with diff BASF platforms, RBU, Brussel and SE to set up the project acctg/controlling/treasury/reporting function
2. Facilitate with diff. external parties/authorities on any financials / controlling subjects
3. Develop, recruit & train up a core on site project controlling function and in future to integrate into operational controlling function
RELATED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Education: University graduate
2. Working Experience:15+ years at chemical site, BASF experience and network would be an additional asset
3. Technical & Professional Knowledge: Controlling and preferably with engineering background. Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese; proficient in MS application, detail oriented, proactive, good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
