OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:
1. Develop the Muriatic acid business in Chongqing to meet the requirements of BPCC (maximum profitability of the MDI business)
2. In the Project Phase: To derive a marketing and sales strategy for muriatic acid for the target area (Chongqing and surrounding areas) in close cooperation with general management and production department, develop customer database for the target area, establish customer relationship, support the definition and implementation of the logistic concept
3. In the Production Phase: To implement this strategy in close cooperation with production and supply chain management and to continuously optimize the muriatic acid sales with the overarching target to maximize profitability of the MDI operations
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. In the Project Phase: Perform a detailed market study to build up knowledge on customer industries and customer base, supply demand situation and forecast, quality requirements, price situation and prevailing pricing mechanism in the target market (Chongqing and surrounding provinces). Derive and implement a marketing strategy including frame agreements with key customers and business plan. Set-up partnership with logistics providers, supported by logistics procurement
2. In the Operation Phase: Management the muriatic acid business
RELATED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Education: Bachelor degree, sales and marketing or chemical or manufacturing industry related
2. Working Experience: min 5 years’ experiences in sales and marketing
3. Technical & Professional Knowledge: Good English skills, SAP knowledge, entrepreneurial
