Reporting to: Senior Manager, EHSS

Objectives:
implement, coordinate and follow up allcompany / site Occupational safety related activities, processes and procedures
Main Tasks:
-Implement,lead and control company occupational safety and ensure the compliance with alllegal and BASF internal requirements
-Workout safety management regulations and technical rules according to the relevantnational laws and regulations.
-Review the safety measures of operations, supervise the safety in every task steps and ensure the safety measures executed and the safety equipment in good condition.
-Assess and analyze potential hazards during production and support to make correction or prevention proposals.
-Regularly attend safety walk about with relevant departments and give correcting suggestions and follow-up the measures taken status.
-Regular inspection & audit for plants/ contractors / customers
-Compile safety training materials and be responsible for employees and contractorsafety training.
-Coordination with authority and 3rd party in safety assessment ; approval ; registration.
Requirements:
-Education: College diploma degree for Business/logistics related
-Working Experience: at least 3 years on-site experience in logisticsfunction(e.g. Transportation)
-Technical & Professional Knowledge: logistics management knowledge andskills, workable English skill, Good Microsoft office using skills
