Detail Responsibility
1. Be responsible for market strategy and planning both in domestic market and international market;
2. Be in charge of products channel expanding and manage the sales, marketing and CE affairs;
3. Integrate current resources, perform marketing researches in both domestic and overseas specialized Power Logic, BCD CMOS markets, and make market-developing and product-developing strategy based on market orientation;
4. Responsible for the implementation and evaluation of market strategy, and for the regulation of the process.
5. Build and lead the efficient team to achieve the company targets.

Requirement / Qualification
1. Master or above degree in Electrical engineering, Semiconductor Physics Microelectronics;
2. Above 15 years working experience, include 5~10 years in 8’’ FAB and especially the customer resource of Power Logic, BCD CMOS;
3. Morality, discernment, creativity, ability of planning, judging, execution and communication, and the general merits of professional manager as required;
4. Highly innovative and self-motivated individuals;
5. Mandarin and good command in English;
