Job description (Production Buyer)

1.Good communicates with suppliers and personnel within ProQ to establish clear definition of requirements.

2.Procure Raw materials and service from approved suppliers at the lowest evaluated cost consistent with consideration of quality, delivery and reliability.

3.Schedule materials according to Production planner to ensure accurate and timely supply.

4.Resolve invoice and payment issues with suppliers in shortest possible time;

5.Maintain correct acknowledge data in ERP system;

6.Accomplish other related work for order management.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree

2.Science or Engineering background, Preferred major in Physics, (optical) electronics, automatics or chemistry

3.At least 1 years experience in purchasing / planning role, fresh graduate with superior qualities may also apply

4.Good communication skill & interpersonal skill,self-management and team work skill

5.Excellent affinity for numbers and data analysis is preferred

6.Good command of English in reading, speaking and writing. Cet-6 is preferred.

7.Ability to work under pressure and willingness to frequent travel.
