Mission

To make sure the accuracy and integrity of operation resources data; support the decision making for the utilization maximization of
To maximize capacity utilization to support production planner and Business Department, and carries out studies of the capacity requirement for the expansion plan and productivity activities.
Responsibilities

To build, maintain and optimize the capacity check model
Provide reasonable capacity expansion plan based on corporation business plan; Work out the capacity investment List and evaluate the benefit.
Plan the new capacity investment and suggest the investment tool list and configuration.
Support Planning Department to confirm mass production plan by capacity analysis tools;from capacity view,
Study the optimized solution for capacity allocation, support SM and CP to make decision for new business and plan aggregate production plan.
Check capacity for new process (new product); Evaluate the capacity impact of equipment adjustment and process change.
Design and maintain fab layout, Depend on process, machine, working flow, human factor, facility system, make sure the reasonable layout and maximum the utilization of clean room.
Qualifications

University graduated with major in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering etc.
Familiar with semiconductor mass production and management related work.
Familiar with Capacity analysis or operation resource planning related work.
Very good communication skills internally and externally
High level of logical analysis and business acumen, figure-sensitive
Excellent computer skills
