Job Description
- Takes full ownership of all PCM/WAT test chips development activities for Power Discrete products (ie. IGBT, Diode, Superjunction, Splitgate, Trench MOS ...)
- Closely co-work with technology development groups and designers and design novel test key structures for electrical characterization and reliability monitoring.
- Do electrical test and characterization of this structures on wafer level and on different temperatures.
- Create a test key design library.
- Write test chips manuals.
- Support the hook up of PCM test programs and help defining test routines and sequences.
- Derive specific design and layouting rules for PCM/WAT testchips and the scribe line in high voltage environments.
- Support the mask definition and layout activities in-house and with mask shops.
Qualificatons Required
-Bachelor degree above,majored in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Physics or equivalent;
-- Knowledgeable in semiconductor physics.
- Must have experience in wafer manufacturing processes, preferable in power discrete processes.
- Can use TCAD layouting tool, preferable Cadence.
- Must have good understanding in the interactions between process, the layout/design and parasitics.
- Understand and can interpret I/V test curves.
- Working knowledge on characterization test equipment’s (e.g HP, Agilent).
- Working knowledge on thin wafer manual probing and mass production test equipment is an advantage but not mandatory.
