6.ER-Interpret company policies and labor policies. Minimize legal risks by coaching line managers on legal process and management process to handle ER issues, including grievance and disciplinary process, manage related cost effectively.

Requipments:
1.Education: Bachelor Degree and above
2.Job related experience: More than 5 years solid HR generalist experience in multination company
3.Business understanding: Well understand the business
4.Others:
a.Understand business context, key business drivers and challenges;
b.Quick to learn, logical in thinking;
c.Ability to identify nature problem and propose solutions for improvement;
d.Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure;
e.Strong communication and influencing skills;
f.Proactive and can-do attitude;
g.Self-motivated and good team player, able to work both independently and in a team-based environment, supportive and willing to share;
h.Emotionally resilient;
i.Strong performance bias.
