岗位职责：
1、为学生进行物理学科诊断分析，准确找出学生学科上出现的知识盲点、欠缺的学习方法等学习问题；
2、针对学生的学习问题提出可行性解决方案，并根据方案制定出相应的提分教学计划；
3、根据教学计划认真备课，对学生进行一对一授课，并针对性为学生布置课后作业，检验学习效果，确保学生学习成绩得到提高。
岗位要求：
1、理工科相关专业毕业，高考时化学成绩优秀；
2、有一定的教学或者家教经验，有化学教师资格证优先考虑；
3、性格开朗大方，交流沟通能力强，形象气质良好。
4、此岗位可选择在江北区、南岸区、沙坪坝区、渝中区、九龙坡区上课。
