任职要求：
1.大学本科及以上学历，企业（战略）管理、工商管理、财务管理等相关专业毕业；
2.具有5年以上大中型企业战略管理，战略规划、市场研究、制度建设工作经验；有企业经营或管理经验者优先
3.能够独立完成制订重要的制度方案，独立编制项目可研报告。
4.有较强的文字撰写功底、逻辑思维能力，熟悉国有企业管理相关政策法规；具备敏锐的行业分析及市场洞察分析能力、系统的逻辑分析能力和优秀的文字能力；
5.英语六级，具有较强的沟通能力、协调能力和文字组织能力，分析问题及解决问题能力。有团队合作精神；
6.MBA，财务管理、战略管理方向，具备扎实的财务理论功底和丰富的投资分析经验。

岗位职责：

1、负责协助经理制定和修改长期发展战略规划，根据公司中长期发展战略，制定公司投资计划和近期发展计划，对战略实施情况进行监管，对公司战略进行宣讲
2、对国内外宏观经济环境、产业状况、国内外会展行业发展现状和趋势进行调研并形成定期调研报告，结合公司年度经营情况与外部环境的变化，协助经理公司战略性课题的研究分析，进行公司战略执行情况的评估与修订、评估公司核心业务及能力、制订公司实现战略目标的策略思路，锁定目标市场
3、从战略发展、宏观政策和信息的角度研究挖掘、发现公司未来发展机会、商业模式和合作项目，提供公司业务整合、新业务拓展思路，对新业务、新项目、新型商业模式、创新项目、服务提供参考意见和指导
4、协助经理开展公司层面对外合作、项目（含国际）的开发、分析和评估，负责起草公司投资项目的前期可行性调研报告，为公司合作决策提供经营测算和建议
5、负责拟写公司层面合资合作项目立项、对外合作项目计划、协议
6、负责《会展产业信息》行业发展、战略发展、政府政策部分内容的编辑
7、负责国内外宏观政策、战略信息及相关分析报告档案的管理
8、负责根据市场和政策信息拟定公司年度经营指标建议方案
9、协助部门经理编制市场部部门年度计划及预算
10、战略信息相关档案信息录入，建立并完善档案数据库

Chongqing International Expo Center

Situated in Yuelai Exhibition & Convention City, being the core of Liangjiang New Area of Chongqing, Chongqing International Expo Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Chongqing Expo") is a modern and intelligent venue combining with exhibitions, conventions, catering facilities, accommodation and events service together. Chongqing Expo is currently the largest professional complex of exhibition and conference in western China, which as well is a domestically unique park, cultural and ecological venue, embracing the exquisite environment with cities, forests and natural scenes.
The 16 exhibition halls of Chongqing International Expo Center provide 200,000 sqm of column-free, ground-level indoor exhibition space. Furthermore, the Multi-functional Hall is located in the connecting areas between the south and north exhibition zones, with a usable area of 20,000 m2 and net height of 20 meters. It can be used for such large indoor events as concerts, sports events, and super conferences, meeting varied demands of modern international exhibitions.
Since March 28, 2013, when Chongqing International Expo Center was put into operation, it has successfully undertaken the 91st China Food and Drinks Fair, the 72 nd Chin Medical Devices Exhibition and The 48th National Pharmaceutical Machinery& China International Pharmaceutical Machinery Exposition.
