This position is responsible for functional regression (automation) testing for projects. You will work with other senior team members to follow effective processes and best practices for QA testing and supporting. You will need to have excellent communication skills and outstanding test engineering skills to deliver high quality output of the projects assign to you. The projects cover variety of environments (J2EE and .Net) across a wide variety of operating systems (windows and Linux) and hardware platforms.

岗位职责Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for software system testing and regression testing.
2. Be responsible for test case design by analyzing application requirement.
3. Be responsible for scripting test cases using QTP.
4. Be responsible to execute test cases/scripts independently.
5. Be able to analyze test result, generate test/issue report and track issues till close.
6. Responsible to the integrity of test plans, data, environments, etc. Keep test deliverables according to application changes.
7. Communicate information timely and appropriately to customer and/or relevant parties for testing status/issue.
8. Be able to use QTP to automate BS and CS protocols and integrate QTP with QC.
9. Be able to design automation framework according to project needs.

岗位要求Requirements
1. Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent majors
2. 3 years Working experience in the software development life cycle: Development or QA
3. 2 years experience of QTP or other automated testing tool
4. Hand on experience in web-based technologies including web service and XML
5. Understanding of multiple Operating Systems (Windows, Linux and HPUX) and Oracle database
6. Fluent English oral communication skills
7. Team work sprit
